The rest of el verano

Wellllll, it's crunch time! I have a month left of summer and lots to do! My to-do list has not been touched near as much as it needs to be! Though I've made a lot of progress.

The plan for the next few weeks:
This Friday, I'm heading off to Pittsburgh! There I will have a wildly grand time with three other Lemons, including the scandalous Loosy Goosy Dirty Girl, the awesome Giggly Girl (better know as my roomie!) and Lacey (I can't remember her name! Ahhhh! And the album's buried in one of my boxes. :( ). And of course the ever-awesome Squeaky... It should be a blast, and nice to be back in Oakland!

The first week of August will be the beginning of packing mode. Then the week after that I'll be lifeguarding with Heidi and hopefully with Hil.

After lifeguarding, Mom and I will head north. Saturday we'll go to temple, then Bob and Nona (relatives) are having a lunch afterwards to celebrate their 50th. Then Sunday, Donna's church is having a polka, beer and pierogies party, which we will be attending...:P And of course we'll just be hanging out at the mansion, which is essentially completed, and be swimming in the indoor pool! ;)

After the weekend, Mom will move home and I will move to Grandma and Grandpa's. We'll head even further north and will spend time in Rochester. We'll then head on to Niagara-on-the-Lake, to see a little bit of the east end of Canada (I've only been on the west end!). I will finally see the famous Niagara Falls and will also see Major Barbara by George Bernard Shaw.

Then the following weekend, Mom and Dad will come up, accompanied with Sherman and April. Eric may or may not fly in to see everyone. Sunday we'll all go home, I will finish packing, then Wednesday (the 24th, if you've lost track of dates) I will move up to school and take up duties as an orientation mentor!

So there you have it. (And me, too. It's easier to keep track of what I'm doing when I write it all out!)
